Before becoming a Mom, I worked in the health industry as an RN. I loved this experience and I got the opportunity to learn so much about health and wellness.

I live in Canada with my husband Blair and our three little loves. My boys, Brayden and Birk, and my little girly, Bane. We love celebrating any special occasions in life and look forward to any travels we can sneak away for.
